The S P Y Exim Corporation office is located in Sadashiv Peth. This is one of those busy areas with narrow streets. There is always something going on outside. We are in the Bhagyashree Building. The easiest way to find us is to look for the Kulkarni Petrol Pump. It’s a major landmark in this part of the city. Sadashiv Peth has a very specific vibe. There are lots of old buildings and small businesses packed close together. Our space in the Bhagyashree Building isn't anything fancy. It’s just where we have our computers and desks set up. We handle the export-import work from here. The streets around here can be a real squeeze. If you’re trying to drive a car through, it is tough. Most people around here use bikes or just walk. The sounds of the neighborhood come right through the windows. Scooters buzzing and people chatting at the tea stalls are constant. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It’s just us in the office. We get through the paperwork and the phone calls every day. We’ve grown accustomed to the rhythm of this building. We like the way the sun sets behind the petrol pump in the evenings. It’s a practical location for us. We are right in the heart of a very traditional and active neighborhood where everyone knows everyone. We just keep our heads down and get the work done without much distraction.
