I’m S N Joshi and I run this consultancy out of my place in Hadapsar, Pune. The address is a bit long to explain to people, being at Survey No-35 in the Kalepadal area, specifically near Tukai Tekadi. It’s the Punnyai Banglow. I’ve lived and worked here for a long time. Consulting is mostly about sharing what I know with people who need advice on their projects. I don't have a big office in a commercial building. I prefer working from this setup. It’s a bit quieter than being right in the middle of Pune city. My days are usually filled with phone calls and people dropping by to discuss their plans. Sometimes it gets a bit busy with all the paperwork spread out on the table. The area here, Kalepadale, has changed quite a bit over the years. It used to be much more open. Now, there are more buildings and people around. I do my work steadily. It’s not about being the biggest consultant out there. I just like to help out with the technical stuff I understand. My neighbors know me, and most of my clients come through someone they know. It’s a simple way to run things. I spend a lot of time reading through latest updates to make sure I’m giving the right info. It’s just me and my work here at the bungalow. People often get lost finding the lane, so I spend time on the phone giving directions.
