S M Traders

You can find S M Traders over in Pune, specifically in the Kondhwa Khurd area. We are tucked away at Sy No 354, right behind Patilwada. It’s a bit of a hidden spot if you aren't looking for it, but the locals know where we are. Being a trading business, our day mostly consists of receiving shipments and sending things out. We deal with a variety of goods, and our warehouse area is usually full of boxes and crates waiting to be moved. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting and shifting things around to make space for the next delivery. Pune is a fast-paced city, so we have to keep up with the trucks coming and going. The office part of the building is just a small corner where we keep the ledgers and the phone. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a few notes taped up. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, but we just keep the fans going and stay on top of the orders. We've been at this location for a while now and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Behind Patilwada is a quiet enough place to get the work done without too much distraction. We just focus on getting the right items to the right people without making a big fuss about it. It’s a simple business model that keeps us busy every week. We stay open pretty late to make sure everything gets shipped. It is a long day but the work is good.
