We are based out of Neha Apartment in Chinchwad, specifically Plot No 15 at Amarpali F 1. It’s a residential-feeling area but we’ve made our space work for the business. Chinchwad has grown so much lately, it’s hard to keep up with all the new buildings. Our spot in Neha Apartment is fairly quiet compared to the main roads. We have tools and accessories tucked into every available corner. The rooms are mostly filled with shelving units we put up ourselves. It’s not a showroom; it’s more of a workspace where we get things ready for our customers. We spend a lot of time sorting through small parts and making sure the counts are right. Sometimes we have tea on the small balcony when the weather is nice. We don't really do much advertising. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they live nearby. The floor is tiled, and we try to keep it swept, but there’s always some bit of metal or plastic that ends up under a desk. It’s just a regular office-cum-store where we handle our daily tasks. We aren't trying to be anything big or fancy. We just provide the tools that people in the neighborhood and the local industries need. It’s a steady rhythm of work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday, and that is enough for us.
