S J Contracts Pvt. Ltd. is located in Kharadi, over at Rakshak Nagar Gold. We are in Building A/5, Flat 505. It's a bit of a different setup being in a residential complex, but it works for us. Kharadi has become such a huge hub in Pune lately, with all the IT parks and new buildings. We see the cranes and the construction every day from our windows. Our office is basically a flat that we've converted into a workspace. It’s comfortable, but it gets full when we have meetings. There's always a pot of tea going. We spend our days looking at drawings, making calls, and sorting out the payroll. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we know. Being in Rakshak Nagar Gold means we have to be mindful of the neighbors, so we don't make too much noise. We’ve got a small team here. Everyone does a bit of everything. One day you might be filing papers and the next you’re out checking on a project. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy slogans. We just work. The commute in Pune can be a nightmare, but once we’re in the office, we settle in. We've been here long enough that the security guards know us by name. It’s a steady routine that keeps us going year after year. We're just at flat 505.
