S J Contract

We are based out of Saras Housing Society, specifically at 37/10/1 in the Dhankvadi area of Pune. S J Contract has been around this neighborhood for quite a bit. Pune is a city that keeps growing, and Dhankvadi is right in the thick of it. Our setup is pretty simple. We use a couple of rooms for the office stuff and the rest of the space is for equipment and materials. It’s not the kind of place where you’d find a receptionist in a suit. Most of the time, we’re in our work clothes, ready to head out to a site. The 411 043 area has changed a lot since we first started. More traffic, more people. But we stay where we are because it’s familiar. We handle various contracts, and it keeps us on our toes. There’s always someone calling about a delay or a change in plans. We just take it as it comes. We aren't interested in using big words or pretending to be something we're not. We are just a group of people who know how to handle tools and manage a site. The office gets a bit dusty with all the coming and going, but that's just a sign of work being done. We eat lunch together when we can, usually talking about the work or the weather. It’s just life here in Pune for us.
