We are located in Block J of the MIDC area in Bhosari, at Plot No El-32. The Bhosari Industrial Estate is a massive place, and we have been part of it for quite a while. Our building is a solid, practical structure that was built for industrial use. It has high ceilings and plenty of room for our equipment and the materials we use daily. We do not spend money on fancy decorations or high-end office furniture. Most of our investment goes into the tools we need to do our work properly. The office section is just a small part of the building where we handle the billing and take calls. The main part of the building is where the real work happens. It can get quite loud during the day with all the activity, but that is just life in an industrial estate. We have a small team of workers who have been with us for years, so everyone knows exactly what they are supposed to be doing. We usually start our day with a quick talk about what needs to be finished. We do not have a big corporate structure or any marketing people. We just focus on the orders and making sure everything is handled the right way. It is a straightforward, no-nonsense environment, and we like being in a place where things actually get made.
