S And S International (India)

Our office is based in Lav-Kush Apartments, right in the heart of Tanaji Nagar in Chinchwad. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for an international business, being in a residential building, but it works well for S And S International (India). Chinchwad is such a hub for industry anyway, so we are right where we need to be. The space is a bit compact, but we’ve managed to fit in everything we need to run things. We handle a lot of export and import details, so there’s always a lot of talk about shipping dates and container sizes. It’s not a place for flashy displays. We have our computers, some printers that sometimes act up, and a lot of files. The team here is small, maybe just a handful of us making sure everything moves along. We start the day with a bit of planning over tea. Outside, the neighborhood is usually buzzing with people going to work in the nearby factories. Sometimes the apartment stairs get crowded, or we have to wait a bit for a delivery truck to find a spot to park on the street. It’s a practical way to work. We focus on the details of the international trade we handle, making sure the paperwork for the India side is all in order. It’s just regular work for us, keeping the business going from our small corner in Pune. We stay pretty focused on the daily tasks.
