Our office is over on Karve Road, specifically on the first floor of Runwal Roshni Plaza. If you know Pune, you know how busy Erandavana can get during the rush hour. It’s a pretty central spot though. The plaza is numbered 41/12, which sometimes confuses people who are visiting for the first time. We’ve been operating from this floor for a bit now. It is a standard office space where we handle all our daily tasks. Nothing too special to look at, just desks and computers. The traffic outside can be a bit loud when the windows are open, so we usually keep them shut. We aren't a giant corporate machine, just a group of people working in this part of Maharashtra. Sometimes the parking downstairs is a bit of a headache, but we manage. Most of us have been in this area for years so we know where to get the best tea nearby. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations. The walls are mostly plain. We spend our time going through documents and talking to people on the phone. It is a practical space for practical work. Being on the first floor is nice because we don't always have to wait for the lift. We just walk up the stairs and get started with whatever is on the list for the day. It’s just how things go here at our Pune branch. We just keep things moving along as best as we can every single day.
