If you head down J.M. Road and go behind the Hotel Marriott, you’ll find our office at number 20. Being Rujuta Developers in such a central location has its ups and downs, mostly because of how busy the streets get around here. But it makes it easy for people to drop by and chat about whatever building project is currently on the table. Our workspace is pretty simple. We have some desks, a lot of folders, and a corner where we keep the site equipment that isn't currently being used. It’s a practical place where we spend most of our hours. We don’t really do the whole corporate image thing. Instead, we just focus on the drawings and the actual labor that goes into our developments. Most of the people working here have been in the construction world for a long time, so we’ve seen just about every problem you can run into. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers or out on-site making sure things are moving along. The Marriott is a good neighbor to have because it helps people find us, though we are tucked away a bit. On a typical afternoon, the office is full of the sound of people talking over plans and the occasional tea break. We just try to do a solid job and keep things moving without making a big fuss about it.
