Rsmandrekar Co. is situated at 24/2 Nehru Road in the A.F.K. area of Pune. Pune is a city that has changed so much over the years, but Nehru Road still feels very familiar to us. Our office is a simple place where we manage our day-to-day business operations. We aren't a massive corporation with fancy glass walls; it’s more of a traditional office setup where people actually sit down and talk to each other. Being in the A.F.K. part of town means we are near some of the older industrial and military areas, which gives the neighborhood a specific kind of feel. Most of our work is about providing specific services to the local community and other businesses nearby. We have a small team, and most of us have been working together for quite a while now. We value the fact that we can keep things simple and direct. There is no corporate jargon used in our meetings; we just discuss what needs to get done and who is going to do it. Sometimes the Pune heat makes the afternoon a bit slow, but we usually have the fans going and plenty of cold water.
