R.S.Kamthe

We’ve been here at C-Premraj Residency for a while now. It's a busy spot in Pune. People know us as R.S.Kamthe. It's just a regular office where we get things done every day. Some days are busier than others, especially when there's a lot of paperwork or site stuff to handle. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything, just desks and files. The team here grew up around Maharashtra, so we know how things work in this part of India. Usually, you'll find someone here from morning until late evening. It gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic, but we're used to it. We handle a variety of tasks depending on what the day brings. Sometimes it feels like there's never enough time to finish everything, but we keep at it. Most of our tools and equipment are kept nearby. We don't really do much advertising; people mostly find us by word of mouth or just seeing the sign. The residency is a good landmark, makes it easy for folks to drop by if they need something. We've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we first moved in. It’s a solid place to work from. We just try to do what’s expected and keep the lights on. The stairs can be a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up. We drink a lot of tea while we sort through the schedules. It's a simple setup but it works for us. It’s not perfect, but it’s our space.
