Rsb Transmissions (I) Ltd

If you head down Nagar Road towards Wagholi, you’ll find us over in Ubale Nagar. It’s a part of the city that has grown a lot lately, and it’s always got a lot of traffic passing by. Our place, Rsb Transmissions, is tucked in there among several other industrial setups. We spend our days working on transmission parts and various mechanical components that go into bigger machines. It’s heavy work, and the floors are usually covered in some kind of metal shavings or oil by the end of a shift. We have a regular group of guys who have been with us for years, so we don't really need to explain much to each other anymore. We just get in, start the machines, and see what’s on the schedule for the day. Sometimes the power goes out, which is a bit of a pain, but we have backups to keep the critical stuff running. It’s not a quiet place by any means. There is always the sound of metal hitting metal or the hum of the ventilation system. We eat our lunch together in a small area out back when the weather allows for it. It’s a practical environment. We don't have a big front desk or a lobby with plants. It’s just a gate, a factory floor, and a small office where we keep the records. We focus on making sure the parts are sturdy and right without making a big fuss about it.
