Shantiban Society is a quiet spot, even though Chapekar Chowk is just around the corner and always busy with traffic. Our office, Rppc Pvt Ltd, is located at 3, A-4, and it feels more like a home than a corporate building. Pune has changed a lot lately, but this part of town still feels familiar. We have a small team here. Most mornings start with someone bringing in chai and us going over the schedule for the day. It is a lot of phone calls and checking on supplies. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. If you come by, you will likely see piles of maps and folders on the desks. The society has some nice trees, so it stays a bit cooler in the summer than the main road. We have been here for a bit, and the neighbors know us. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We just talk straight with people. If a job is going to take a week, we say it will take a week. There is no point in making up stories to sound fancy. We are just local people doing our jobs and trying to keep everything running smoothly. The Chapekar Chowk area is always moving, so we are right in the middle of everything.
