We are situated in Flat No-1 of Hansh Vihar Soc-A, right on Paud Road in Pune. Being near the Kothrud Depot means there is always a lot of movement outside our windows. Rpg Transmission Ltd is an engineering-focused place, so the office is usually filled with blueprints and technical specifications for power projects. It is a residential society building, so it feels a bit more personal than a standard office block. We have a small team here, and we spend our time coordinating different aspects of transmission work. The traffic on Paud Road can be quite loud during the morning rush, but we get used to it. Inside, it’s mostly the sound of people talking over plans or the hum of the computers. We take our tea from the local stall nearby and often discuss the day's tasks in the small balcony area. The space is a bit cramped with all the files and folders we have collected over the years, but we know where everything is. Kothrud is a good area to be in, with everything we need just a short walk away. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just focus on the engineering and the details of the transmission lines we are responsible for. It is a steady, quiet way to work in a very busy part of Pune.
