The shop gets pretty busy, especially when all the machines are running at once. We started out as a small operation and just kept on going. You get used to the rhythm of the place after a while. We have a few guys who handle the heavy lifting and others who spend their time looking at the designs. It isn't always easy work, things break down or the materials show up late, but we manage to get through it. We just try to get the orders finished so people can get on with their own business. It is a very straightforward setup with no big offices. Just the shop floor and some old desks in the corner.
