We’ve got our setup for Ross Life Science Pvt Ltd over at 127/1 in Wakad. We’re pretty close to the Kala Khadak area, which is a landmark most locals know. The building is a standard setup where we handle various science-based projects and administrative work. It’s not a huge place, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need into the space. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we first moved in, with more buildings popping up around us. We spend a lot of our time in the lab area or sitting at the computers tracking data. It's quiet work for the most part, though things can get hectic when we have a deadline approaching. We don't have a dedicated receptionist, so whoever is closest to the door usually lets people in. Most of the people working here have a background in science, so the conversations at lunch tend to be a bit technical. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the research and testing we have on our plate. The parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes if you arrive late, but we manage. We aren't looking to impress anyone with a flashy office; we just want a solid place to do our work and keep the projects moving forward. It’s just a group of us trying to do a good job every day.
