Roll & Grip

Our place is called Pushkar Banglow, and we are located in Rajendra Nagar, right opposite the Vasantrao Vaidya School in Navi Peth. It is a bit of a different setup since we operate out of a bungalow rather than a big cold factory. It makes the whole thing feel a bit more personal, I think. We go by Roll & Grip, and we mostly handle small-scale manufacturing and some specialized parts. The neighborhood is fairly quiet compared to the big industrial zones, except when the school across the street lets out and the kids are everywhere. We have got a small workshop area where we spend most of our time. It is not the most modern space, but we have everything we need to do the job. Sometimes we sit out on the porch to discuss things when the weather is nice. We do not have any fancy brochures or a sales team. Usually, people find us because they live nearby or they have heard about us from a friend. We try to be helpful and honest about what we can do. If we cannot handle a job, we will tell you straight. It is a small operation, and we like it that way because it means we can keep an eye on everything ourselves. We have been in Navi Peth for a while and feel like we are really part of the community here. It is just us doing our best work every day for the people who visit.
