Rojgar Social Foundation

Rojgar Social Foundation is based out of an apartment in Sukhwani Panorama. We are up on the tenth floor, in flat D-1006. It’s quite high up so the view over this part of Pune is actually decent. We started this foundation to look into social issues, mostly focused on work and employment things. The address is Sr.No.85 in the northeast part of the city. We spend most of our time at the desks here, planning out how to help people find jobs or get better skills. It’s not a fancy office building, just a residential place where we’ve set up our workspace. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when a few of us are all working at once, but we make it work. The 411021 area is where we operate from. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity. We’re just a small team. Usually, the day starts with checking emails and seeing who needs what kind of help. We have a lot of files piled up because there’s always something to do. It’s practical work. We don’t do big speeches or anything like that. If you’re coming by, the security at the gate usually knows where we are. It’s a straightforward setup. We like it this way because it keeps things simple for everyone. There’s a small kitchen where we make coffee, and that's pretty much it for amenities. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to keep the paperwork moving.
