Rojee Tasha Pvt Ltd is a small outfit located on Dighi Road in Bhosari, Pune. If you know the area, you know it is mostly industrial and can get pretty loud with all the factories around. We have our setup in Pune 39 and it has been our home for a good while. We don't really have a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It's just a practical workspace where we get things done. Most of the people working here are from around Pune, and we just get along with the daily tasks without much fuss. Dighi Road is always busy, especially in the mornings when everyone is heading to work. We don't have any big marketing team or anyone to write polished speeches for us. We just handle our business as it comes. It's a private limited company, but it feels more like a local shop because of how we run things. Some days are long, and some days are a bit slower, but that's just the nature of what we do. We don't spend a lot of time on social media or anything like that. We'd rather just be on the floor making sure the work is moving along. We’ve been at this same spot for years, and the neighbors know us. It’s a straightforward way to make a living, and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is.
