We’ve been working out of our office at Siddhi Terrace for a while now. It’s right on Swar Gate Road, just across from where the Ellora Palace sits in the Dhankawadi area of Pune. Mr. R.K. Singh handles most of the things here at Rohan Housing. Pune is a busy city, and we try to keep up with the housing stuff people need in this part of town. Our office isn't anything fancy or shiny, it is just a regular spot in room 102 where we sit down and get through the paperwork every day. Dealing with property and housing in Maharashtra means a lot of back and forth with different people, but we stay focused on the tasks right in front of us. Most days it’s just about answering the phone, filling out forms, and talking to folks who stop by the terrace to ask questions. We know the Dhankawadi area pretty well since we spend most of our time here. Sometimes the traffic on Swar Gate Road gets a bit loud, especially in the evenings, but it’s a good location for people to find us easily. We don't really do big ads or have a marketing team. We just focus on the housing projects we have on hand at the moment. If you are looking for our office, just look for the building opposite the palace. It’s a straightforward setup for us. We handle the daily business of being a private limited company without making it more complicated than it needs to be. Just a group of people working in Pune.
