Rohan Group Pune

Even though we go by Rohan Group Pune, you will actually find us located in Sawantpur, which is in the Palus Taluka of the Sangli district. It is a bit of a trek from the main city of Pune, but this is where our actual site and operations are based. Sawantpur is a much quieter place, surrounded by fields and a lot of open space. The office here is a very basic structure, almost like a shed or a small house converted for work. We have some old wooden tables and chairs that have seen better days. It is a far cry from the big glass buildings in the city, but it works for what we need to do in the Sangli area. The air is cleaner here, and the pace of life is a lot slower, which is a nice change of pace. We usually start our work early in the morning when it is still cool outside. Most of our day is spent dealing with local issues or checking on the land and projects nearby. We do not get many walk-in visitors, so we do not worry too much about keeping the place looking perfect. There is usually some mud on the floor from people coming in from the fields. It is an honest, hardworking environment where we just get on with the job at hand without any unnecessary fluff or corporate talk.
