You can find us over in Thergaon, specifically in the Omega Paradise society on Wakad Road. It is a very busy part of Pune, and it feels very different from how it used to be ten years ago. We run things from Flat D-502. It is not a showroom or anything, just where we keep the folders and take the phone calls. Most of our time is spent on actual construction sites around Wakad and the nearby areas. We do a lot of the internal work like tiling and finishing, but we can handle the structural stuff too if needed. It is a small operation. Just me and a handful of local workers who know their way around a trowel and a level. We don't go for those massive projects that take five years to finish. We like the smaller jobs where you can actually see the progress every single week. It feels more real that way to us. Sometimes the supply chains get messy and we have to wait around for the cement truck, but we usually manage to stay on track. We are not a big corporation with a board of directors or anything like that. If there is an issue with the work, you talk to me directly on the site. We try to be sensible about the costs because building a home is expensive enough as it is.
