If you head over to Chintamani Nagar in Bibwewadi, you'll find us in Building A6. We’re in Flat 14, right near Mahesh Society. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it’s much quieter than being right on the main road. The area has a lot of trees and families walking around, which makes for a nice atmosphere when you're working on building plans. Our office feels more like a home because it’s actually a flat. We’ve got the front room set up with a few desks and a table for meetings. The kitchen area is mostly used for making coffee and storing old project files that we haven't quite moved to the warehouse yet. Sometimes the neighbor's dog barks when the mail comes, but otherwise, it's a peaceful spot to get things done. We chose this location because it’s easy for our staff to get to without fighting the worst of the city traffic every morning. Bibwewadi is a good part of Pune, very settled and calm. We spend our mornings going over the schedules and checking on the material orders for the different sites. In the afternoon, someone usually goes out to the sites while the rest stay back to handle the phone calls. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment. We just work at a steady pace, making sure the numbers add up and the drawings are correct. It’s a decent way to spend the workday, and we enjoy the local surroundings here.
