Our office is tucked away in Kunal Market, right over at Chaphekar Chowk in Chinchwadgaon. We are actually sharing some space there, Flat 4A, under C/O A M Patil. It’s a lively part of town, always something happening outside the windows. The market gets really crowded on weekends, so most of us prefer the weekdays when we can actually find a place to park our bikes without moving ten others. The building itself is a bit older, but it serves our purpose for managing the construction side of things. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, a few chairs for visitors, and stacks of blueprints that seem to multiply every week. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers or talking about delivery schedules for cement and bricks. Chinchwad has grown so fast, and being right in the middle of it at the chowk makes us feel part of that growth. Sometimes the noise from the street is a bit much, but you get used to the honking after a few days. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. People just walk in, say hello, and we get down to business. It’s practical. We usually have a kettle going for tea because the office gets a bit chilly in the rainy season. It's a simple setup, nothing flashy, just a place where we get the day’s work done before heading home in the evening traffic.
