Rohan Builders ,Pune

We have our setup over in Sahakar Nagar, near Padmavati, which is a fairly old and established part of Pune. Being at S.No.691 means we are right in the thick of the local community. Rohan Builders has been working around this area for quite some time now. Our office is a bit cramped because of all the blueprints and files we have kept over the years. It is a lived-in space where we do all our planning. We aren't the type of people who stay in the office all day, though. Usually, we are out at the sites, checking on the brickwork or talking to the plumbers. Pune-9 has its own rhythm, and we are used to the local ways of doing things. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just build things. Some days are stressful when the materials don't arrive or when a machine breaks down, but that is just the nature of construction. We have a small team, and we all know how to do a bit of everything. We don't have a fancy website or a PR person. If you want to talk to us, you usually just find us at the site or at our desks with a cup of tea. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay out of the way while the buildings go up. It’s just how things work here.
