Ganeshkhind Road is always noisy with traffic. We are based out of Khaire Wadi, specifically at Bhalchandra Khaire’s place. It’s an old-school Pune vibe here in Shivajinagar. The building is simple, nothing to brag about. Inside, it smells like paper and morning coffee. We deal with construction stuff all day, mostly talking to contractors and checking on site progress. Being in the heart of the city makes things easy for meetings but hard for parking. Our team is small, just a few people who have been doing this for years. We do not spend money on fancy signs or shiny furniture. Most of our desks are covered in site maps and receipts. We handle the daily grind of building projects from this spot. It’s practical. When the rain comes, we have to make sure the windows are shut tight because the wind really whistles through the wadi. People stop by to ask about work or just to say hello. We are part of the neighborhood. It is just how it is. No big speeches or corporate goals, just getting the foundation poured and the bricks laid. That is what Rohan Builders India Pvt. Ltd. does from this Shivajinagar office. We take our lunch breaks at the local spots nearby and then get back to the drawings. It is a long day usually, but it feels good to see a building actually go up.
