We are over here at Monika A Building on Kate-Pimple Road in Pimpri. It is a busy part of Pune-17 and there is always something going on outside our windows. If you know S.No.309, that is where we are tucked into A2/F2. Our office is not fancy. It is mostly filled with rolled-up blueprints, some old chairs, and a lot of dust from the various sites we are looking after. Being builders here means we spend a lot of time out in the sun or stuck in that Pimpri traffic trying to get materials moved around. We have been here for a while now. Most days start with tea and a quick look at the schedules. It is not always smooth. Sometimes the weather doesn't help or a delivery is late, but we just keep at it. There are a few of us in the office usually, handling the phone calls and the paperwork that comes with construction. We know the local area well because we live and work right in it. You might see our trucks or just us walking over to get a snack nearby. It is just a regular local business trying to get the structures up and make sure the walls are straight. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that, just a door and a place to sit and talk about plans and prices. That is just how Rohan Builders India Pvt. Ltd operates.
