We have a team working out of the MIDC area in Ranjangaon. Rohan Builders India Pvt Ltd. is currently situated over at the Jabil Circuit India facility, specifically at B-26. It’s a bit of a drive from Pune city, so we are really out in the industrial zone. Working inside a major manufacturing plant like this means we have to follow a lot of strict rules and schedules. It’s not like our regular neighborhood offices. Everything is very systematic here. We are mostly focused on the specific construction needs of the industrial clients in this sector. Our daily routine involves a lot of safety checks and coordination with the plant management. It can be quite a long day when you factor in the travel. The surroundings are all factories and large warehouses. There isn't much in the way of scenery, but there is plenty of work to do. We keep our paperwork organized in a small onsite office space. It’s practical and efficient. We don't have time for a lot of fluff. Most of our conversations are about engineering details and deadlines. We’ve been handling industrial projects for a while, and Ranjangaon is a big part of that. It’s a different pace of work compared to building houses. We just show up, do our jobs, and make sure everything is built according to the specs provided. It's a no-nonsense environment for sure and we prefer it that way.
