It’s a pretty busy area, especially with Santosh Hall right across from us. If you’ve ever been stuck in traffic on Singhgad Road, you know exactly where we are. We are tucked behind Vitthal Wadi. Rohan Builders India Pvt Ltd has been operating from this spot for quite some time. The office is usually buzzing with activity. We have contractors coming in and out, and our staff is always busy with something. It’s not a quiet place, but it’s where we get things done. We don't have any polished marketing slogans. We just focus on the buildings we are constructing. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow, and the office itself is packed with folders and site photos. We deal with a lot of local residential projects in this part of town. Sometimes the heat in the afternoons makes the office a bit stuffy, but we have our fans going. We know the local people and the local problems. We’ve seen the neighborhood change and grow over the years. We just keep our heads down and work. It’s a straightforward business and we don't try to make it seem like more than it is. Most days are just spent making sure the sites are running smoothly and the materials are arriving.
