Rohan Builders (India) Pvt. Ltd.

We are located at the Atal CHS on Swami Vivekanand Road in Bibwawadi. It’s a busy part of Pune, and our office for Rohan Builders is right in the middle of it. If you come by, you’ll see we have stacks of papers and maybe some samples of flooring or tiles laying around. We don’t go for the high-end corporate look because that isn't who we are. We are the people who get on-site and make sure the walls are going up where they are supposed to. Most of us have been in this industry for a long time, so we know all the headaches that come with building in a city like Pune. We deal with the narrow roads and the neighbors who aren't happy about the noise. It is just part of the daily grind. We spend a lot of time talking to the contractors and the guys driving the tractors. Our work isn't about being fancy; it is about making sure the building is solid and the roof doesn't leak. We drink a lot of chai and spend our hours looking at measurements. Sometimes we have to argue with suppliers when the wrong size of steel shows up. It’s a normal, busy office where we just try to get the projects finished so we can move on to the next one without too much trouble. We just do the work as it comes.
