Rohan Builders India Pvt Limited

Our office is located in Pashan, over at the Sushant Co-Operative Housing Society. Specifically, we are at A/5 on plot number 15 and 16. Pashan is a bit quieter than the center of Pune, which we actually appreciate. It gives us some room to breathe while we work on our project designs. Rohan Builders India Pvt Limited has been around for a bit, and we’ve seen the city expand quite rapidly. We deal with a lot of residential work, so being in a housing society ourselves feels right. The office is a bit crowded with blueprints and files piled up on the desks. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting area. Usually, if you come in, you'll just see us hunched over our computers or talking on the phone with site supervisors. There is a lot of back and forth between us and the construction crews. Sentence lengths vary because that's how we talk. We try to keep our overhead low so we can focus on the building part. Pashan has a nice vibe, even with the new developments popping up everywhere. We’ve had our fair share of challenges, like material delays or rainy weather stopping work, but we manage. It’s a small, dedicated team here. We don't put on any airs. We just do the work and hope the results speak for themselves. We enjoy the process of turning an empty lot into someone's home.
