Rohan Builders Ind Pvt Ltd is based out of Katraj, right near Gokul Nagar. We are located at S N 19, in the Danshree Lal Bunglow, which is a pretty well-known spot if you live around here. Being near Pavan Park makes it easy for people to find us. Our office is right on the Katraj Kondwa Road, so there is always a lot of noise and activity outside. It’s a busy part of Pune, and we like being in the middle of it. Most of our days are spent coordinating with workers and making sure supplies arrive on time. It can get pretty chaotic during the peak season. We have a small group of people working here who have been with us for years. We aren't interested in being a huge corporate entity. We just want to build good structures and keep our clients satisfied. The "Lal Bunglow" is where all the decisions happen. Sometimes we stay late when a project deadline is coming up. The tea stall nearby is where we usually take our breaks. It’s a practical setup. We handle a variety of construction tasks from this location. Dealing with the traffic on Katraj Kondwa road is probably the hardest part of our day. But we've gotten used to it over time. We focus on getting the job done without too much fuss. It’s just how we operate day in and day out to get the builds finished.
