Rohan Builders (I) Pvt Ltd

Being over here in Katraj, specifically at Kamala City, means we are always in the middle of a lot of noise and movement. Pune has changed a lot, and we have seen it happen from our office at 405. We are Rohan Builders, and we spend our time managing different sites across this side of town. It gets pretty busy around Katraj with all the traffic, so we try to get our site visits done early. Our day is mostly filled with checking on workers, making sure the steel has arrived, and looking over drawings that sometimes have coffee stains on them. It is not a polished operation where everyone wears suits. Usually, it is just us in jeans and sturdy shoes. We deal with the city council people and the guys who bring the ready-mix concrete. Sometimes there are delays because that is just how construction goes in a place as crowded as this. We have been in this building for some time now and the neighbors know us. We don't spend money on big ads because we are too busy making sure the plumbing and the electrical lines are going in right. It is just a regular office where we drink too much tea and try to keep everything on schedule. Most of the time we are out on the field anyway, looking at the concrete being poured to make sure it is right.
