Our office is up on the sixth floor, Flat No. 605 in the A1A Building at Mahalaxmi Vihar. We are located in Vishrantwadi, which is a pretty busy part of Pune, especially with the airport nearby. Being Rohan Builders ( I ) Pvt. Ltd. means we are often dealing with the noise of the city and the constant movement around the Vihar. The office is a regular flat that we’ve converted into a workspace. It’s got a few desks, some filing cabinets, and a kitchen where the kettle is always on. We aren't the type to wear suits. You’ll mostly see us in jeans and boots, usually with a bit of site dust on them. We spend a lot of time looking at the clock, trying to beat the traffic to reach our projects. Vishrantwadi has a lot of energy, and being in a building like A1A lets us see a bit of the skyline. It’s not a polished corporate office with glass walls. It’s a place where we sit down and argue about the price of steel or how many workers we need for the next phase. We’ve been here for a good while, and the neighbors are used to seeing us hauling rolls of paper up the elevator. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, we do the work, and we go home. That’s about all there is to it. We keep things simple here.
