Rohan Builders & Dev.Pvt.Ltd,Pune

We spend most of our time here in Pune, specifically around the 410507 zip code area. It’s a busy part of town and we’ve been running Rohan Builders & Dev.Pvt.Ltd from here for a while now. Some days the office is quiet, just us going through paperwork and drawings, but usually, it's pretty loud with people coming in and out. Being builders means we aren't always at our desks. We are out on sites, checking on how the brickwork is looking or seeing if the cement delivery actually showed up on time. Pune weather can be a bit much, especially when the sun is beating down on a half-finished roof. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It's just a functional space where we keep our tools, files, and where we have our tea breaks. The neighborhood knows us as the guys who are always busy with some project or another. It’s not a glamorous job, to be honest. There’s a lot of dust, phone calls that go on too long, and making sure the local guys have what they need to keep working. We’ve stayed in this area because it’s where we know the people and the suppliers. If you walk past our place, you'll probably see a couple of motorbikes parked outside and some blueprints rolled up on the table. It’s just how we work every day, trying to get things done without too much fuss.
