If you head down Sinhgad Road in Pune, you’ll find us over at Wadagaon. Our office is Flat No. 49 in the C Wing of Narayan Bag. It’s right by the toll naka, so there is always the sound of trucks and cars passing by. Working as Rohan Builders & Devlopers Pvt. Ltd. from a residential wing means it’s a bit more relaxed than a commercial hub, but it still gets hectic. We use the flat to keep all our project files and to have our lunch. Usually, the table is covered with site photos and some samples of floor tiles or paint charts. The view from the wing looks out towards the hills, which is nice when we actually have a minute to look. Most of the time, we are on the move. Sinhgad Road traffic can be a nightmare, so we try to plan our site visits early in the morning. We are just a small group of people trying to keep things moving. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. We just talk to people, show them what we are building, and hope the weather stays clear so we can finish on time. It’s a lot of physical work and sometimes a bit of stress when materials don’t arrive, but we’ve been doing this long enough that we just take it as it comes. It is a busy life, but it keeps us going every day.
