Rohan Builders & Developers P Ltd., Pune

Our office is tucked away in Pimple Gurav, over at Ganesh Raj Park in the Sai Raj Residency. If you know the New Sangvi area, you know it can get pretty crowded during the day. We’ve been here at A-3 for some time now, operating Rohan Builders & Developers P Ltd. Most of our mornings start with a lot of noise from the street while we try to figure out the schedule for the day. It’s not a big corporate setup. It’s just a few rooms where we keep our records and meet with contractors. Sometimes the local shopkeepers stop by for a chat, or we head out to grab some snacks from the nearby stalls. Construction work in Pune keeps us on our toes. One day we are dealing with plumbing issues and the next we are trying to source the right tiles. Our office usually has a layer of dust on the windows because of all the movement outside. We don't really do the whole polished business look. You’ll mostly find us in sturdy shoes and shirts that have seen better days. The walls have some old calendars and maps of the local layout pinned up. It’s a practical place for practical work. New Sangvi is a good spot for us because we can get to different parts of the city without too much trouble, though the traffic near the park can be a real headache in the evenings.
