We’ve been operating out of Chinchwad for quite a while now. Rohan Builders And Dev Pvt Ltd has its main office located over at Sai Sunder Park on Talera Road. It’s just a regular flat, number 11 A, where we handle most of our paperwork and planning. If you know the area, it's pretty busy during the day. Most of us are usually out at the construction sites, but this is where the core team sits. We started this company to handle local building projects around Pune. It isn't always glamorous work. There's a lot of running around between different sites and government offices. We try to keep things simple. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it is quiet enough to actually hear the traffic outside. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It's just a functional space where we get things done. People often drop by to ask about ongoing projects or just to drop off documents. We’ve grown a bit over the years, but we still feel like a local team. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we first moved in. There are more buildings now and the roads are much more crowded. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and checking on materials. It's a lot of hard work but we enjoy seeing a project come together from the ground up.
