We are based over in Bibewadi, right inside the Shree Rajyog Society. It is a residential spot, so we are usually out working on sites during the day. Pune Satara Road is always jammed with traffic, so getting the materials delivered can be a massive headache some mornings. We focus on small residential renovations and a bit of general building work around the Pune area. It all started out as a small side thing and then it just grew over the years. We don't have a big staff at all. It is just a few reliable hands who have been with me for a while. Most of our work comes from neighbors or friends of friends who saw what we did. It is better that way because people already know what to expect from us. We don't use those shiny brochures or any of that. Just some photos of the last job on a phone usually does the trick for most people. Living and working in the same area means you have to do a decent job because you see the clients at the market or the shop. Building stuff is hard on the back, but it is satisfying to see a house finished and the keys handed over. We handle the basic plumbing and some electrical stuff too if it is a small enough job. The office is really just a desk in the corner of the flat. It keeps the costs down for everyone. We are not looking to become some massive firm. Staying local in Pune 37 is enough for us.
