Rohan Builder (I) Pvt. Ltd. is based in Karve Nagar, which is a well-known residential and commercial hub in Pune. Our office here isn't trying to be anything special or impressive; it's just where we coordinate our various building projects. We have a mix of old and new staff members who all live in the surrounding area. Karve Nagar has grown a lot over the years, and we have been here to see it happen from our little corner. The office is usually a bit messy with rolls of paper, architectural drawings, and various site reports. We don't have a receptionist in a fancy suit; usually, you just walk in and talk to whoever happens to be at the front desk at that moment. We handle all the administrative work and the billing for our construction sites from this location. It’s a convenient spot because it’s easy for our workers and site supervisors to drop by and give us updates. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed and informal, but we do stay busy for most of the day. We don't use any complicated jargon or corporate talk when we speak to people. We just tell them what we are doing and how the projects are coming along. It’s a local business through and through. We like being part of the Karve Nagar community. There are plenty of tea stalls nearby where we often grab a quick break and chat about the work we have to do.
