Our office for Rockwell Homes Realty Services Llp is in the Global Business Hub. We are located at Office No 702, which is up on the seventh floor. The building is at Sr No 1/1A in Pune City. It’s a fairly modern place compared to some of the older spots in town. Being in a hub means there are always other businesses around and people rushing through the corridors. We spend a lot of our time at our desks or in meetings. The view from the 702 office is okay, you can see a bit of the city. Pune is a big place and being in this part of the city makes it easier to reach different areas. We aren't a massive corporation, just a team trying to stay on top of the real estate market. The elevators can be a bit slow during the lunch hour when everyone is heading out. We have our routine here. Usually, the day starts with a lot of phone calls and checking listings. It’s a practical workspace, no unnecessary decorations or anything like that. We just focus on the tasks at hand. Most people who visit us are looking for something specific in the Pune property scene. We’ve been in the Global Business Hub long enough to know the security guards by name. It’s just a regular office life for us, doing what we need to do each day.
