R.M.Developers Pvt.Ltd. is based at 112 Paud Road in the Kothrud area of Pune. Kothrud has become such a busy place lately, and we are right in the middle of it. Our office is just a simple space where we work on our development projects. We don't have any marble floors or big glass windows like some of the newer buildings. It is just a regular room with some desks and a lot of rolled-up plans. We spend our time trying to figure out how to build things that people actually want to live or work in. It involves a lot of meetings and even more phone calls to contractors and suppliers. Developing property in a city like Pune can be a real headache sometimes with all the rules and the traffic, but we just take it one step at a time. We are just ordinary people who happen to know a lot about building. We don't use any fancy language to describe our work. We just say what we mean and try to be fair with everyone we deal with. Most of the people who work here have been in Pune for most of their lives, so we care about what happens to the city. We aren't looking to become a massive corporation. We just want to do good work and stay busy. If you drop by, you’ll probably find us with a cup of tea, looking over some new blueprints and sketches.
