Rk Travels

We are over here in Hadapsar, right in the Kanchanganga Apartments. If you know the Magarpatta area, you know how busy it gets with all the IT folks and traffic. We've been operating Rk Travels from this spot for a good while now. Across the road, you can see the State Bank of India, which is usually how people find us when they get lost looking for the building. It’s not a huge office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we handle the bookings and talk to the drivers. Sometimes the office feels a bit small when everyone is in at once, especially during the peak season when the phones won't stop ringing. We started out small and stayed that way because it's easier to manage things ourselves. The cars are parked nearby, and we spend a lot of time making sure the schedules aren't a mess. It’s a lot of work dealing with the Pune traffic and the highway routes, but we’re used to it. The tea shop downstairs is where we usually take our breaks. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. It is just a few of us making sure the trips go as planned. If the gate is closed, you just have to ask the watchman. We keep it simple and just focus on getting people from one place to another without any extra fuss.
