We operate out of a flat in the Kasturbawadi Society in Pune. Specifically, we are in B-23, Flat Number 6. It’s a residential-style setup that works well for a small construction business like ours. Vishrantwadi is a good area to be based in. It’s got everything we need close by. Our office isn't anything fancy. It’s mostly desks, some filing cabinets, and a lot of samples of building materials. You might see some hard hats lying around or a few measuring tapes on the table. We spend a lot of our time out at different construction sites across Maharashtra, but this is where we come back to do the administrative side of things. It’s a quiet spot in the society, which is nice when we have to focus on budgets or schedules. We’ve been at this address for quite a while, so most of the neighbors know who we are. It’s a very local way of doing business. We don't have a big sign outside or a fancy lobby. We just have our office in the flat where we keep track of our workers and the materials we need for the next job. It’s a humble workspace, but it gets the job done. We like the community feel of Kasturbawadi. It keeps us grounded and connected to the people we’re building for in the city and beyond. We are just a group of construction folks trying to keep things organized.
