Riya Cakes

Riya Cakes is our little shop at 102 BT Kawade Road. It’s not a huge place, just a simple bakery where we spend most of our time. Every morning starts with the ovens. We check the flour and the sugar and get to work. BT Kawade Road is a busy street, so we hear the cars and bikes all day long. People stop in because they see the cakes in the window. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. It's just a few of us here. We bake things, put them on the shelves, and hope people like them. Sometimes the cakes don't look perfect, maybe the icing is a bit tilted, but they taste like they should. We do a lot of birthdays and small celebrations for the families around here. It feels good to be part of the neighborhood. The shop can get a bit cramped when more than three people are inside at once. We just tell them to wait a second while we box things up. We’ve been at this location for a while now. We know the neighbors and the other shop owners. It is a quiet kind of life, mostly spent around flour and ovens. We like it that way. No big corporate goals, just baking at 102 BT Kawade Road. We just keep our heads down and keep the ovens running until it is time to close up and go home.
