We are Riviresa Akshay Nidhi Limited. Our main office is located in Pune, right in the Dapodi area. You can find us at the Vishal Complex on Sr No A/3, which is in Kundan Nagar. Most people know the spot because it is directly opposite Atlas Copco. It’s a pretty busy part of the city. We spend most of our time here dealing with the daily tasks that come our way. The complex itself is quite functional. It isn't one of those new glass buildings, but it serves our needs well enough. Being in Dapodi means there is always a lot of traffic passing by, but we have gotten used to the noise. The office isn't overly decorated. We just have the essential furniture and the records we need for work. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when everyone is in at once, but we manage. We’ve been at this address for a while and we don’t really have plans to move. It’s a decent place to be based. The 411012 zip code area is where we feel most at home. We just show up every morning and get through the list of things to do. There is no big secret to how we operate. We are just a local group of people doing our jobs in a regular office in Pune.
