Ritco Logistics Pvt. Ltd

We are based out of Flat No. 4 in Benu Nagar, which is in the Wakad area of Pune. It is a residential neighborhood, so it is a bit different from being in a big industrial park. Our office is basically a converted flat where we manage all the logistics work. We have a few desks set up in the main room and the balcony is where we keep some of the older files. Pune gets quite hot in the summer, so we keep the fans going all day while we track trucks and speak with drivers. Logistics is mostly about solving problems as they come up, and there are plenty of them every day. We handle the paperwork for different routes and make sure the logs are updated. It is a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to do things the old-fashioned way over the phone. We don't have any flashy brochures or a fancy lobby for visitors. If you come by, you will probably find us hunched over our screens or talking loudly to a driver who is stuck in traffic. We drink a lot of tea to stay focused. It is just a regular office where we work hard to keep things moving from one place to another. We have been in this spot for some time and the neighbors are used to us by now.
