Riswadkar Associates

We work out of Flat 307 in Building 8, over in Rakshaknagar Phase II. That is in the Kharadi area of Pune. It is a residential building, so it is pretty quiet compared to the main roads. We use the space for our associate work. It is not a big corporate headquarters with a lobby. Instead, it is just a few desks and a lot of paperwork. We have been in Kharadi for a while now and have seen the neighborhood grow quite a bit. Being in a flat means we do not have walk-in traffic, which helps us stay focused. We handle various bits of consulting and paperwork for our clients. It is a small group of us here. We usually have tea together in the afternoon while we go over the day's tasks. The 411 014 area has become quite busy, but our corner of Rakshaknagar stays relatively calm. We do not use any flashy marketing or sales pitches. Most of the people we work with are referrals or folks we have known for years. We just try to get the details right and keep our files organized. It is a very standard office setup inside a home-like environment. We like it this way because it is comfortable and we do not have to deal with the stress of a big office park. We are just regular people doing our jobs in Pune.
