Rishap Industries Pvt Ltd. is based out of Pune in Maharashtra. We are one of many industrial setups in this part of India. The city of Pune has grown so much lately, but we just stay focused on our own little corner. Our company is a private limited, which means we have our own way of managing things and keeping our records in order. It’s not a very complicated operation. We have the people who handle the office work and the people who handle the industrial side. The weather in Maharashtra can be quite nice, but during the monsoon, everything gets a bit damp and slow. We don't have a big fancy website or a bunch of marketing people. We just rely on the work we do every day. Most of our days are spent checking on production and making sure the staff has what they need. It’s a bit loud sometimes, depending on what we are doing, but you get used to it. The team is mostly local people from around the city. We like being in Pune because it’s a hub for this kind of work. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the most famous; we just want to keep the business running and make sure our clients are getting what they asked for.
